Number of U.S. labor racketeering cases by status 2023

In a report to Congress covering the time period between April 1 to September 30, 2023, it was shown that there were eight labor racketeering cases opened in the United States. Furthermore, seven cases were referred to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution.
