According to a survey conducted in March 2021, the majority of the students in Libya had in-person classes at least three times per week. In-person education was more intense in private schools, with 51 percent of the students attending such classes five days per week, against the 27 percent in public education. In general, remote learning was not common. Only two percent each of the private and public schools in the country adopted a mix of remote and in-person learning.
