Fear of being discriminated in one's own company among French employees 2014-2023
The fear of being discriminated against within one's own company has rarely been as high as in 2020 among French employees. It should also be noted that in 2020, unlike in previous years, this fear was shared equally by male and female employees. In contrast, in 2016, nearly one out of two female employees said they feared they would one day be discriminated against within their own company, compared to 37 percent among men. In 2023, the fear of being discriminated against was 35 percent among both women and men.
