In late 2020, approximately 65 percent of consumers in the United Kingdom (UK) stated they would primarily shop for appliances and technology products online in future, as a result of the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Just under half of UK consumers considered doing the same for apparel, as well as beauty and cosmetics products.
