Hong Kong: number of yuan investment products 2023

In 2023, the number of investment products denominated in yuan in Hong Kong stood at 396. In recent years, Hong Kong and mainland China have deepened the cooperation between their respective financial markets. The denomination of investment products in yuan not only enhances the relationship between the two regions but also strengthens the regional significance of mainland China's currency and constitutes a step towards further internationalization of the renminbi.
