Most popular and desired amenities for apartment renters in the U.S. in 2022
In-unit laundry was the most important apartment amenity for renters in the United States, according to a survey conducted in 2022. Approximately 50 percent of respondents ranked wanted to have an in-unit laundry, while only 34 percent had it in their current location.
