In 2019, the number of persons working in the construction sector in China amounted to over 20 million. It includes all registered employed persons in private enterprises and self-employed individuals. As the country's economy continues to grow, the public and the private sector invest heavily in infrastructure and real estate. As a result, the demand for workers in the construction industry continues to grow year by year.
