Share of reported teacher tardiness GCC 2015, by country and intensity
Among the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, the largest share of teacher tardiness that was reported as a serious problem by grade 4 student principles was in Saudi Arabia at about 18 percent in 2015. The gender learning gap and teacher absenteeism and tardiness were two main issues in the education system in the region.
