During the sanitary crisis in France in 2020, numerous public services had to shut down their physical activities, which gave the internet a way to serve it's purpose in limiting the impact of the crisis on the economy, according to 69 percent of respondents. For the same amount of people, the internet was also a way for people to keep in touch via social media or instant messaging in order to keep their social activities afloat.
