Vice Media Group revealed in a 2020 report on diversity and inclusion that 52.14 percent of its employees in the United Kingdom were white, whereas less than six percent were Black or Asian. However, close to 30 percent of employees said that they did not wish to disclose their ethnicity, and so representation of each ethnic group could be higher than reported. Vice also provided breakdowns of the ethnicity of its employees in the United States, and data showed that 58 percent of people working for the company across the country were white.
