In a survey conducted in 2020 in the Philippines, regarding online and digital channels for contact-reduction during the current COVID-19 situation, 45 percent of the respondents stated that they purchased their accommodation one to three months before traveling. On the other hand, 43 percent of the respondents stated that they purchased their airline tickets within a year before the travel.
