More than 90 percent of gamers in Russia believed that it was important to look after one's mental health, according to a survey conducted in 2020. Furthermore, 41 percent expressed the feeling of being connected while interacting with other players. At the same time, only eight percent of respondents who were engaged in gaming activities had sought professional mental health.
