In a survey conducted in July 2020 in Japan, 59.8 percent of respondents stated that their preferred method to watch the rescheduled Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games was from home. A minority of 7.6 percent referred to watching the games at the venue as their preferred method.
