Expected changes in hotel rents and hotel purchase prices in Romania 2020
The majority of real estate companies surveyed for this study were of the opinion that both hotel rents and hotel purchase prices would decrease in the following months. However, over 15 percent of respondents were still uncertain about the hotel market evolution in 2020.
