As of 2020, Nigeria's labor force consisted of about 80 million people. Nearly 29 million people concluded the senior secondary school, representing the most numerous group. Individuals who achieved the Certificate of Education, the Ordinary National Diploma, or nursing school added up to some 6.5 million.
The lowest unemployment rate in Nigeria is recorded among individuals who achieved vocational or commercial training. Among people with higher education, unemployment figures are particularly high.
