According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in 2023, around 70.3 percent of respondents aged 16 to 24 years stated that they had used an online travel agency for convenience and ease of use. This was the most common reason across all age groups. Another major reason was special offers and discounts offered by the agency.
