When taking a look at the shopping habits of the share of the French population that purchases organic food products at least once a month, it appears that the usual places of purchase of organic products vary according to the socio-professional category. Indeed, only 18 percent of people in lower socio-professional categories bought this type of product in specialty stores, compared to 30 percent in higher categories.
