All Nordic economies experienced a drop in imports in 2020. The fall of the yearly import growth rate was highest in Iceland, where it fell by over 20 percent. It was least severe in Denmark, falling only by around four percent. Import rates were positive in all Nordic countries in 2022, but are forecast to slow in 2023, even being negative in Finland and Iceland.
