According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in the Philippines in June 2023, 60 percent of surveyed Filipinos purchased flight, bus, train, or ship tickets or rented vehicles on online travel agencies several months before their trip. In comparison, three percent of the respondents said they used OTAs on the day of their trip.
