According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, convenience and ease of use was the leading reason for using an online travel agency, as stated by 73 percent of Vietnamese respondents. The second-most popular reason was the special offers and discounts from the online travel agency.
