Reasons for booking tickets and services on OTAs Singapore 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies in Singapore conducted in June 2023, 73 percent of the respondents who used online travel agencies (OTAs) stated that they used an OTA because of the convenience. Other than convenience, Singaporean respondents also used OTAs for the discounts and special offers.
