Leading uses of online travel agencies Singapore 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on the usage of online travel agencies in Singapore conducted in June 2023, 81 percent of the respondents stated that their main reason for using an online travel agent is to book accommodation. Other than booking accommodation, Singaporean respondents also used OTAs to purchase tickets, be it flight, train or bus tickets.
