According to a survey on food ingredient consumption among food manufacturers in South Korea, Kimchi manufacturers stated that 69.2 percent of the total ingredients used for Kimchi was napa cabbage. Radish came in second with 16.4 percent. Other main ingredients included salt, chili powder, and garlic.
