Specific adjustments needed by people with disabilities at work in France 2020
On the occasion of the European Disability Employment Week (EDEW) and the International Day of People with Disabilities, events which take place in November and December, the source wanted to identify the needs of people with disabilities in terms of workplace accommodations. It appears that the three most frequent needs in 2020 were workstation arrangement (59 percent), schedule adjustment (34 percent), and work pace adaptation (28 percent).
