The majority of surveyed business-to-business (B2B) technology vendors report that deal cycles have become longer as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, 19 percent of B2B tech vendors claim deal cycles have gotten shorter, and 35 percent report no change in the length of deal cycles.
