Italy: satisfaction with salary 2023

According to a study published by JobPricing in 2023, the overall salary satisfaction among Italian employees was low, reaching only four points out of ten. In particular, workers were quite unsatisfied with the meritocracy aspect, which scored only 3.4 points. Hence, they believed that salary bonuses were not given to those who really deserved them.
