According to a survey by Rakuten Insight among gym members in China in 2020, nearly half of respondents replied that they would consider returning to their gyms during the COVID-19 pandemic if the number of people allowed inside was limited. Around 36 percent of respondents said they would like to return to their gym if mask-wearing became compulsory.
