Although one may expect a lower employee productivity in the wake of COVID-19 due the shift to home offices for employees, 42 percent of Chief Intelligence Officers (CIOs) surveyed from all major industries agreed that worker productivity is actually at a higher level than what it would have been without the pandemic. Not to mention, a third of the respondents also found that there has been an increased ability to fund new business initiatives, which may come as a surprise with the economic turmoil COVID-19 has caused many businesses worldwide.
