Hotel room occupancy in the Bahamas 2010-2021
In 2021, hotel establishments in the Bahamas reported a room occupancy rate of just below 40 percent, which was the lowest rate the country had witnessed since at least 2010. For comparison, Marriott International hotels reported an occupancy rate of 41.8 percent in the Latin American and Caribbean region in the same year.
