Between the first half of 2019 and the first half of 2020, the market value of digital music in Italy significantly rose. It increased from 59 million euros to over 72 million euros. On the other hand, the physical market's value roughly halved, dropping from 22 million euros to 11.6 million euros. Profit from music synchronization also slightly decreased.
