The consumer price index (CPI) is an economic indicator that measures the average price development of goods and services that are purchased by private households for consumption purposes. The CPI for leather goods and related products was 93.8 in 2010, and increased to 101 in 2018. The only notable decline occurred between the years 2015 and 2017.
