Preferred type of support from companies according to POC tech professionals 2020
An August 2020 survey of professionals in the tech industry revealed that 52 percent of POC tech employees wanted their companies to support them through diversity recruitment. Additionally, 40 percent wanted support from their companies through task forces to identify and challenge existing biased, racist, or xenophobic behaviors in the workplace.
