Employment in the industry sector in Ghana 2009-2019
Employment in Ghana's industry sector represented 21.05 percent of all employment in the country in 2019, a slight increase in comparison to the previous year. However, compared to the previous years under study, the share of people employed in the sector increased considerably. Overall, industrial growth in Ghana is mostly spearheaded by the private sector.
