In a survey conducted in 2020, regarding whether or not respondents across the Asia Pacific region taught children more during the coronavirus pandemic, 31 percent of female respondents stated that they taught children more. Comparatively, for the same survey 46 percent of the male respondents in the Asia Pacific region stated that they did not usually teach children, therefore, it did not increase.
