Actions taken by digital agencies to counter coronavirus effects worldwide 2020
A report from the first half of 2020 consulted a total of 130 digital agencies and found that they had taken certain actions to counter the effects of the coronavirus crisis on their businesses. The two most taken actions were the offering of new services to clients as well as the exploration of new channels, both with 29 percent of agencies stating to have taken those actions. The least popular action was the move to outsourcing, at seven percent.
