China is by far the leading destination of Brazilian crude oil exports, accounting for over 46 percent of Brazil's shipments in 2023. The United States trailed in second, concentrating some 11 percent of Brazilian crude oil exports. That same year, the total crude oil exported from Brazil was valued at over 42.6 billion U.S. dollars.
