According to the survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Singapore, approximately 64 percent of the respondents who are aged between 16 and 24 years old stated that they ordered food from food delivery apps more during the COVID-19 outbreak. In comparison, only two percent of respondents aged between 16 and 24 years old never used food delivery apps. The same survey showed that Singaporeans usually order food once or twice a week on food delivery apps.
