ERCOT is the only independent system operator in the United States, which has seen electricity load increase in every month between March and June 2020, when compared to the monthly average of the past four years. This is due to the organization gaining in market reach. By comparison, as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, all other ISO's have seen monthly electricity load decline by up to 11 percent.
