According to the survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Indonesia, approximately 44 percent of the female and 42 percent of male respondents stated that they ordered food on food delivery apps more often during the COVID-19 pandemic. In comparison, only two percent of female and one percent of male respondents never used food delivery apps. The same survey showed that Indonesians mainly ordered dinner on food delivery apps.
