There is a correlation between a country's GDP and the number of internet users. Nigeria, South Africa, and Egypt are the countries with the largest GDP in Africa and the largest number of internet users. Indeed, both values develop at similar rates, which means that when a variable increases, the second value grows as well. However, this shows that the two values are correlated, but not necessarily in terms of causation, as more evidences is needed to prove that one variable causes each other.
