Respondents were asked how much they agreed with a statement relating to the preferential use of virtual reality (VR) to enable participation of personal fitness training at home rather than to have personal training sessions in person at the gym. This statistic presents the responses to this survey question categorized by the gender of the respondent. There was a strong gender-dependency on the acceptance of VR technology. Typically there was a larger share of female respondents agreeing that they would rather have a personal training session at my own home through VR than have personal training sessions in person at the gym. Conversely there was a larger share of male respondents disagreeing with 29 percent of male respondents indicating that they strongly disagree compared to only 25 percent of female respondents.
