The outbreak of COVID-19, also known as the novel coronavirus, has led to some changes in the global software buying process. Close to thirty percent of respondents reported the software buying process as being more inclusive and collaborative due to COVID-19. The majority of buyers, however, have not experienced any changes in their business' software buying process during the COVID-19 pandemic.
