In Italy, almost one million people used regularly the food delivery service of Glovo on their smartphones, as data for June 2020 showed. The number of monthly active users increased significantly during the lockdown imposed by the pandemic in Italy. According to the figures provided by Airnow, the number of monthly active users was much higher among iOS users (654,687 MAUs) than among owners of android devices (302,604 MAUs).
