According to a survey on the evolution of the warehousing sector in Saudi Arabia in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, 46 percent of respondents believed that businesses need between 7 to 12 months to recover from the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. The COVID-19 outbreak caused disparities in the supply and demand, and interferences in the supply chain.
