In 2023, Dallas was the leading metro market for foreign commercial property acquisitions. That was according to figures between the second quarter of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023. The value of foreign investment in Dallas during that period was 2.58 billion U.S. dollars. Canada and Singapore were among the leading foreign investors.
