Urban land price index of Tainan City Taiwan 2013-2022
The urban land price index value for Taiwan's special municipality Taichung City in September 2022 was 110.98. Unlike other municipalities, the urban land price had increased continuously since 2013. Taichung city was home to many semiconductor producers, such as TSMC. In addition to that, many bicycle manufacturers had their factories there. Among those are Giant Bicycles, Merida Bicycles. and SRAM.
