According to the survey among C-level executives in Hong Kong, about 33 percent of respondents said their company had been working on being more open to showcasing the corporate culture to drive an emotional tie with the customers. About eleven percent of the companies used virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) to enhance the customer experience.
