Although consumption fell from 2008 to 2013, the use of ecstasy in Belgium seemed to increase between 2013 and 2018. That year, it was estimated that 0.4 percent of the overall population ages 15 to 64 years old had consumed ecstasy during the last 12 months.

A logistic regression based on respondents answers, age, gender, and the Belgian population in 2018 was used to measure the presented share of the Belgian population.
* The number of respondents varied each year: 5,484 respondents in 2008 and 4,846 respondents in 2013.
