According to a survey conducted in April 2020, Colombian internet users are more interested and willing to turn to online activities following the COVID-19 outbreak in the country. While 73 percent of respondents stated that they were interested in online grocery and toiletry shopping and online learning following the crisis, 69 percent of people surveyed claimed to be willing to make online medical consultations and resort to digital health options.

Regarding the consideration of online shopping for groceries & toiletries, online education/courses, online cooking and online bakery classes, the original question specified respondents' interest in these activities in the following three or four months.
On the consideration of Pilates/Yoga/Live exercise with online instructor, online medical appointments/Digital health, online stress/mental health counseling and online dinner with extended family, the original question asks about their willingness to conduct such activities and does not specify a specific period of time.
The survey included 15 countries and a total of 5,500 online surveys conducted.
