In 2019, over 80 percent of APAC consumers stated they would use an app on their phone in order to research products in-store. Consumers in the Asia Pacific region were overall more likely to be interested in using forms of retail technology while in a retail store than their European or American counterparts.
Participants were from the U.S. (1,000), Brazil (500), the UK (500), France (500), Germany (500), Singapore, (500), Hong Kong (500), Australia (500), Philippines (500), Thailand (500) and Malaysia (500).
